How Do I Register My Warranty?
Most manufacturers recommend a licensed professional to install or inspected your HVAC equipment before turning on the system and during the initial start-up. After the initial start-up has been completed you can use the start-up date and the model #’s and serial number #’s of the equipment to register your free extended warranty for Goodman and RunTru by Trane for residential applications only.
Some manufacturers also require registration with them of the product(s) installed within the first 30-60 days from installation or initial start-up to validate and receive the equipment's full warranty coverage. Restrictions apply; see manufacturers documentation shipped along with the equipment or refer to applicable manufacturer's website for an up-to-date warranty terms. Warranty validation is solely dependent on the manufacturer’s requirements for the equipment purchased and make sure you review the terms, language, and/or requirements for any applicable manufacturer's warranty.
How do I get my new system installed?
We are happy to research and screen installation companies in your local area that would be a good fit for your install. After we research several options and prequalify some candidates will contact you with a list to choose from. All scheduling and payment arrangements will be between you and the contractor.
How does shipping work?
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday from warehouses throughout the United States.
The driver usually delivers your products to the end of your driveway. You or someone at your shipping address will be asked to sign a delivery receipt.
We do not recommend you allow others to sign the receipt. Take time to carefully inspect your shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging, including the cardboard, plastic wrap, and wood pallets and write down the condition of the packaging on the delivery receipt. If you find any damage to the packaging inspect the products underneath or open the boxes.
