At HVAC Connect, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products by contacting our customer service team. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process.

Returns for Unused Products

We accept returns only for unused items purchased directly from HVAC Connect. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 30 days of your order’s shipment date. If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will promptly ship the correct item at no additional cost, and we will arrange and pay for the return shipping.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

HVAC Connect is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend keeping your tracking number and contacting us promptly to initiate a freight claim with the carrier if needed.

    Resalable Condition Requirement

    Items must be in resalable condition — no damages, scratches, or defects

    Unused & Uninstalled Products

    Products must be unused and uninstalled

    Original Packaging Requirement

    Original manufacturer packaging must be included and unopened (with manuals, accessories, and packing materials)

    Packaging Label Restrictions

    No writing or labels may be placed directly on the manufacturer’s packaging

    Trackable Shipping Requirement

    Returns must be shipped using a service with tracking numbers

    Freight Carrier Returns

    Freight items must be returned via freight carriers (contact us if you're unsure)

    Valid RMA Authorization

    All returns must include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will be refused

    Manufacturer Return Policy Compliance

    Manufacturer-direct shipments must follow the manufacturer’s return policy
